- 2pm to 9pm Exhibitor entries accepted
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2024
- 8am – Fair Office Opens
- 8:30am – Gates Open
- 11am – 9pm – Bingo
- 12pm Antique Tractors display near grandstand
- 12pm The Breezeway Live Second Stage at the Crystal Palace – local talent
- 12:30pm -Buildings and Exhibits open
- 1pm – 4-H Dairy Calf Show at the Cattle Barn Pavilion
- 3pm The Breezeway Live Second Stage at the Crystal Palace – local talent
- 4pm – Children’s and Full Midway opens, check our Facebook and website for times and events
- 6pm -Tractor Pull in front of the Grandstand – Classes for Stock & Antique
- 6pm The Breezeway Live Second Stage at the Crystal Palace – local talent
- 7pm – 8:15pm – FEATURE PERFORMANCE – MUDMEN Celtic Rock Warriors in the Crystal Palace.
- 7pm – Dairy Cattle Show in Cattle Pavilion
- 8:30pm – Isabella Hoops Fire Show at the Crystal Palace
- 9pm – 11pm – FEATURE PERFORMANCE BY – Peter Rae and The Reasons in the Crystal Palace.
- 10pm – Buildings close
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2024
- 8am Fair Office Opens
- 8:30am Gates Open
- 9am Saddle Horse Show in Horse Ring
- 9am 15th Annual Celebrity Bake-off and Auction in the Curling Club – Judging starts at 9:00 Bake Sale at 10:30am
- 10am – Buildings and Exhibits open
- 10am – 4-H Beef Calf Show at the Cattle Show Pavilion
- 10am Arm Wrestling Competition at the Curling Club. Weigh-In at 10:00am Competition starts 12:00pm
- 10:30 – Tim Burr Circus Lumberjack Show – # “walkabout” shows during the day.
11am – Midway Opens - 11am – “NEW” The Fun Foam Company (3 – 30 minutes Foam Sessions on Saturday)
- 11am – 9pm Bingo
- 11am Antique Tractors display near grandstand
- 11:30am “NEW” Bentastic Magic Show (3 – 30 minute shows on Saturday)
- 12pm – Pet Valu Mutt “DOG” Show in Prince Edward Curling Club
- 12pm – The Breezeway Live Second Stage at the Crystal Palace – local talent
- 12pm Kids Entertainment – Isabella Hoops

- 11am – Picton Cruz Club Car Show and Shine
- 11:30am – County School of Dance Demonstration in the Curling Club
- 2pm – Impact Motorsports Demolition Derby on the track in front of the Grandstand
- 3pm – Penny Raffle Ticket Draw in the Arena
- 5pm – The 2024 Fair Closes
