  • 2pm to 9pm Exhibitor entries accepted

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 5, 2025

  • 8am – Fair Office Opens
  • 8:30am – Gates Open 12pm Antique tractors display near grandstand
  • 12pm – The Breezeway Live on midway – local Isabella Hoops
  • 1pm – Buildings and Exhibits open
  • 1pm – 4-H Dairy Calf Show at the Cattle Barn Pavilion
  • 3pm The Breezeway Live Second Stage at the Crystal Palace – Steve Wilkinson
  • 4pm – Children’s and Full Midway opens, check our Facebook and website for times and events
  • 6pm -Tractor Pull in front of the Grandstand – Classes for Stock & Antique
  • 6pm The Breezeway Live Second Stage at the Crystal Palace – Rita Harpell
  • 7pm – 8:15pm – FEATURE PERFORMANCE – Black Tie Affair – Tribute to Garth Brooks in the Crystal Palace.
  • 7pm – Dairy Cattle Show in Cattle Pavilion
  • 8:30pm – Isabella Hoops Fire Show at the Crystal Palace
  • 9pm – 11pm – FEATURE PERFORMANCE BY – Dean James Band
  • 10pm – Buildings close

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2025

  • 9am Saddle Horse Show in Horse Ring
  • 9am 17th Annual Celebrity Bake-off and Auction in the Curling Club – Judging starts at 9:00 Bake Sale at 10:30am
  • 10am – Buildings and Exhibits open
  • 10am – Department of Illuminations “Boxtopia Farm” interactive to make a box kingdom for kids
  • 10am – 4-H Beef Calf Show at the Cattle Show Pavilion
  • 10am Arm Wrestling Competition at the Curling Club. Weigh-In at 10am Competition starts 12pm
  • 11am – Tim Burr Circus Lumberjack Show – # “walkabout” shows during the day. Sponsor: Picton Home Hardware
  • 11am – Midway Opens
  • 11am Antique Tractors display near grandstand
  • 12pm – Pet Valu Mutt “DOG” Show in Prince Edward Curling Club
  • 12pm – Beef Cattle Open Show at the Cattle Show Pavilion
  • 12pm – The Breezeway Live Stage performance on Midway – Peter Rae

  • 10am – 2pm Craft Market at Crystal Palace
  • 10am – 4-H Sheep/Goat Show at the Cattle Show Pavilion
  • 10:30 – Tim Burr Circus Lumberjack Show – # “walkabout” shows during the day.
  • 11am – Midway Opens
  • 11am – Antique Tractors display near grandstand
  • 11am – Picton Cruz Club Car Show and Shine
  • 1pm – 4-H Goat/Sheep Club – announce the lamb/goat auction Mr Ed’s Place
  • 2pm – Impact Motorsports Demolition Derby on the track in front of the Grandstand. Prize purse $5000 guaranteed, sponsored by Boyer Auto Group
  • 3pm – Penny Raffle Ticket Draw in the Arena
  • 3:30pm – 50/50 draw
  • 5pm – The 2025 Fair Closes
